Payment Terms and Conditions for Of Light and Lens Photography ABN 72778761219
A non-refundable session fee of $350 is required to confirm your booking. The session fee is deductible from the total cost of your final package if ordering from the featured packages.
The booking of and any additional costs incurred for booking venues, photography locations, additional props etc are the responsibility of The Client and may be invoiced unless paid for separately. Any costs or deposits incurred by the photographer on behalf of The Client are payable 7 days prior to the booked photography session, unless other agreement in writing is made with The Photographer.
The full balance must be paid within 14 days of the release of the online proofs gallery.
All print orders must be paid for in full prior to commencement of manufacture.
Payments may be made by cash, credit card via Paypal, or direct deposit to The Photographer’s nominated account.
The Photographer reserves the right to charge the Client interest in respect of the late payment of any money due under this agreement at the rate of  per cent above the cash rate from time to time of the Reserve Bank of Australia from the due date until receipt of payment.
The session fee is non refundable but may be able to be transferred in some circumstances. If the client wishes to cancel or change the booking, the Photographer must be notified at least 48 hours ahead of the session. If the child/ family is ill on the day the Photographer needs to be notified as soon as possible and the portrait session rescheduled.
Print orders made through the online gallery have a 24 hour hold prior to commencing production to allow for correction in errors in selection. The Client must notify The Photographer within this period to amend image selections. Print products cannot be refunded for change of mind after manufacturing has commenced.
Photographic display products are covered by manufacturers warranties and The Photographer will replace or refund as appropriate and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
